A manuscript titled "Locating sequence on FPC maps and selecting a minimal tiling path" by F. Engler, J. Hatfield, W. Nelson and C. Soderlund has been accepted for publication by Genome Research. It refers to three supplementals. One is on the experiment performed to determine what parameters should be used by BLAST, MegaBLAST and BLAT and what filters to add in order to add markers reducing false positives and false negatives. The second supplemental gives some additional graphs of results from our automatic minimal tiling path algorithm. The third gives a more detailed description of the PickMTP algorithm, including all adjustable parameters.
