Configuration file for GBrowse:
Configuration file tells GBrowse what glyphs to use to render each
of the feature types. The format of these configuration files are
described in GBrowse Documentation. See the GBrowse
CONFIGURE_HOWTO.txt file for details. Following is the sample
configuration file for Rice FPC Genome Browser.

Description of sample ricefpcchr.conf file:
FPC GBrowse displays the Contigs and frameworkmarkers in the overview
display. Markers, Sequences and BACs tracks are displayed in the
detail view of the browser.
Marker Track Details:
Marker track displays different types of markers as described below:
- Frameworkmarkers: Displayed in red color in Marker Track
- Placementmarkers: Displayed in blue color in Marker Track
- electronicmarkers: Displayed in yellow color in Marker Track
- other markers: Displayed in green color in Marker Track
Markers are linked to markers.cgi script which gives more details
for each marker.

Sequence Track Details:
Sequence track displays Sequence information from FPC. Sequence
are linked to GenBank Record for viewing more detailed information.
BAC Track Details:
BAC track displays BACs informtion from FPC. BACs are linked to
clone.cgi script which gives more details for each BAC.
