The source code is under SVN at google code. The necessary external libraries and demo files are downloaded here.

The SVN code cannot be updated by non-members. If you have extensions or modifications that would be beneficial to others, and would like to beable to update the code, please email cari at

To build the AW executable:

  1. Checkout the SVN code from the above link.
  2. Download the AW_non_svn.tar.gz directories from here.
  3. Move it into your allele-workbench directory.
  4. tar zxvt AW_non_svn.tar.gz
  5. cd java; mv Makefile.release Makefile.

Please complete the following registration form to download the AW non SVN directories. The information will only be used to track usage and provide notification of software updates.
